Pure speculation. I think most are guessing at what it will likely take to get him into the top 5 or so in the conference. He's currently about 10th or 11th which obviously needs to get fixed.

Agree, although this isn't a Butch raise. The man has actually earned the raise due to on the field play and recruiting. Butch had teams much more talented than what Heupel inherited. Can you imagine Dobbs under Heupel for 4 years, Hurd, Kamara, North, PiG and Malone ? There's no way in hell Heupel doesn't win at least a Conference Xhampionship with that group.
