Indiana beats Purdue regularly

That has nothing to do with how we match up
Have to disagree a bit here. Indiana beat Purdue 3 or the last 4 by having a guard or forward get hot from 3 and TURNOVERS. Purdue averaged almost 13 turnovers per game against IU. That is how you limit Eady's control down low.....take the ball away. And we are quite good at that typically. My real question is will Barnes tell Aidoo and Awaka to lay off completely when Eady bashes them on the way to backing into bucket. Because as you watch this tournament, AND1's are getting called for almost no contact down low after the big butt-punches his way all the way to rim. Even when the defender stands still and verticals his arms, the aggressive backer with the ball gets a call.

Purdue swept Indiana this season, and won both games by 20+.

What even is the point of this thread?

Oops... got caught looking at one year old season stats. But the remainder of the post is still accurate. If you watched the Gonzaga game Fri nite, Purdue's excellent role players and two guard just killed Zags from 12:00 to 7:30 in second half when Gonzaga only scored two. Cannot have big stretches like that.

Purdue has beaten Indiana 127 times and Indiana has won 92 times.

Purdue might have winning records against every other team in the Big10. At least the 9 others before the league started expanding.
