Unless a person works with the team, they do not know the dynamics. Period.

Tell that to the coach sitting in a gym, scouting their next opponent. . . If you can learn the dynamics of an opponent sitting in a stands, you can certainly learn the dynamics of your chosen team. One in which you are much more familiar with.
 
For my money, bringing in someone to perform under you is not a recipe for success///

and as far as judging performance and making decision on basis of next season..... she has been given far too much time to perform (it is important to say..... given the bevvy of talent she has had)

It's clear that Balcomb has helped improve USC's offense. She's a key member on their staff.

I am talking about things that no one would know about unless they worked with the team daily...and yes, there are things nobody knows about unless they were in such a position.
