Thank you for adding the bolded. If others would do this so that we could identify those posters who are similarly mentally challenged, it would make for less arguing.

He ever think about taking the individual out of the game that isn't doing their job or does he just let them keep playing. Players that are not doing their job are out of the game if I have to play everybody to get 11 players that will.

In year 5 depth should not be an issue, so when a player is not putting in the effort, bench his azz and give the next one in line a chance to win the position.
Again coaching 101.

My overall view is that through 4 1/3 year, we have yet to see a CBJ lead team play good fundamental football for any consistent length of time. This is simply undeniable. Sure the talent will win games sometimes. But it will lose you more big games than it will win. Any for of stats you look at will back this up.

That it not to acknowledge that CBJ is awful. He has done alot of good things. However he is an average football coach. CBJ struggles in the 10-20% of things that takes an average coach from average to good or great. And through 4 1/3 years that has been the only thing that is consistent.

I can agree with all of this. I'll add that I'm still hopeful Butch and co can improve, and win with this team. I think we need to see most or all of the season play out.

In all fairness, he immediately took responsibility in after game presser. Its a fact.

He’s earned his chance to make this right. I hope he does. I like Butch.

I haven't seen any of the shows this season but I can't imagine there would be much variation in the subject matter, the whole season has been like a broken record; same things repeating over and over.
