If you look around college football there’s a common denominator with several successful programs right now. They all have coaches from mount union. Look at Matt Campbell, Jason Candle or Alex Grinch. There’s some real dudes out there that know how to build football programs. I think if we want to be relevant again we need to hire one of these guys and have patience with them. Mount Union is the D3 equivalent of a Maryville or Alcoa football team and these guys are doing it at a high level at other programs but if you listen to Campbell talk he always speaks about the process and not wanting the instant gratification. That means we have to let these guys work. Pruitt isn’t the guy.
