Tennessee is working all areas of the recruiting world right now including the junior college ranks. One of the places the Vols are recruiting in the junior college world is City College of San Francisco which is home to wide receiver/defensive back Kenny O'Neal.


Didnt we get another player out of this school not to long ago, maybe Gibril Wilson?

Gibril Wilson and Albert Toeiana. Almost got Larry Grant last year. O'Neal may be a trouble-maker though.
