Would love to have a thread with players/recruits reactions to the new hire from social media.

If this already exists, feel free to delete this. I just didn’t see it anywhere.

I am on board with this. Would love to know what’s being said by current players and recruits

I'm sure some of the players are glad to see Butch gone. Some will not and some will regret losing their position coach. Regardless, those willing to give the new staff a chance will be the foundation. Those who won't accept will move on and that benefits both player and school. Not the least bit concerned about how the current roster reacts to this move. The program is moving forward with or without them. Hope they remain and frankly I think the roster will be very positive to this new staff. Might just show them what they've been missing.

Maybe, but it’d be like Pruitt’s first stint with Saban. They’ll be a coach named for the spot, but Pruitt will run it

You do have to feel sympathy for these guys. You only get 4 years to play, and you're upended after 2 by your coach being fired, and in total limbo as to what is going to happen now. The coaching carousel hurts a lot of people when coaches just bolt for something better or get canned for lack of production.

I would be interested as well to see what the current players and recruits think of Pruitt as the new HC.

I think we'll also get a better reaction as the staff is put together.

For us that are Twitter-less, can all of you Twitter gurus fill out this thread with tweets by current players about Pruitt?

I looked for this similar thread and didn't see one, but if it exists, just delete pls.
