I don't know anything about that time period, but I'm pretty sure if he were the only horse on steroids, there would be a huge advantage. Beyond that, I can't claim to know more than you on the subject. No, it would not. Not by 31 lengths!! Trust me… I have had plenty of racehorses on anabolic steroids back when they were allowed, and they do not beat the field by 31 lengths. On top of that, even if he did get steroids in that time period, then I guarantee every other horse in that field was on them.
It's bad when people steal from corporations. . . but it just seems even worse when they try to rob broke ass people like me. . . i'd probably end up in prison if I got ahold of a thief trying to rob me. . . i'd probably get the chair if I caught them robbing my mom or dad.Oh Lawd @Ulysees E. McGill moves to edge of his seat.
Wife's business just got taken for 10k through FB ads, despite 2FA and additional security. Still can't make sense of that.Rajinagandi stole my debit card. . . hacked my email somehow, got into my draft kings, deposited $600, tried to withdrawal it, but got security checked. Ended up having to change passwords and cancel cards all day.
That 1st picture. . . does it say "chocolate panned peanuts"? What is a panned peanut? They've actually opened a complete Bigfoot store in Townsend. . .

I don't know. Is @Jackcrevol a Texas A&M yell leader?Is that a Texas A&M yell leader?
Not trying to argue, just trying to help yall understand how special that horse was. If it was steroids that caused him to be so elite and destroy that field, he would have done it at the Derby and Preakness. However, as the length of the races got longer, he won by more. Then the Belmont comes and is the longest race of the 3, on top of being the last leg in a very short time period for 3 races to occur against the top competition. Thoroughbreds aren’t made to race that frequently against the best of the best. It’s why it is so hard to win all 3. You have to legit be the best of the best to overcome increasing distances and fatigue. When other horses got tired with each race, Secretriat got stronger. Complete athletic freak…speed and endurance combined into 1 horse!! The only illegal substance that could have helped him do that would be if they were shooting horses up with Epogen (synthetic erythropoietin), which caused them to produce more red blood cells which carry more oxygen, which allows them to not fatigue as fast. I’m not sure that was around in the 70s. It was in the early 2000s, and maybe 90s.I don't know anything about that time period, but I'm pretty sure if he were the only horse on steroids, there would be a huge advantage.
