It's not like there's something printed on the back of every ticket that says the team isn't liable. Also most balls are tossed in the stands so easily my 3 year old nephew could catch it. Maybe work on some handy eye coordination.

One would think . . . but disclaimers are generally just seen as a speed bump on the way to trying to leverage a settlement.

Believe it or not, that's boilerplate language in basically all personal injury lawsuits. Especially if the injured party is married/has a significant other. They all claim not being able to bang as much as damages.
