This offense is concerning.

They are getting great looks, totally overhauled how we attack the basket. They haven’t shot well this tourney. The looks are consistently there and more than enough to win the last game and this one. Just have to make them. They are far from late shot clock jacking up 3 balls like the last few years when we slump.

They’re good. But this isn’t a title team. Sweet 16 team like always, but that’s still better than 99% of our history. No use complaining about it.

Yep. Same song different verse. Tennessee has to be so much better than its opponent in every other aspect of the game because we can’t shoot. We can never shoot. Every. Single. Year. Just. Can’t. Shoot. It’s amazing.

Barnes got offensive players but we still have droughts and defense is suffering. So far this team looks like a round of 32, maybe sweet 16 team. Rebounding is lacking and nobody attacks basket.

They aren’t good enough shooters (minus Vescovi) to take all of our shots 3 feet behind the NBA line. Not sure why we are doing that.

I like to think we will get hot at some point. But it does admittedly feel like year in and year out we just can’t make shots for long stretches.

Hurts not having a big man we can dump it down to when the guards are struggling. Seems like we’ve had that issue really ever since Grant left.
