Memphis, TN.- Tennessee fans continue to pay close attention to the recruitment of Cameron Clear. He is clearly one of the top targets by coach Dooley and his staff. Not only is he a talented player, but he’s also a top in-state recruit, and lastly he fills a position of need. He was recently on campus briefly and hit another school along the way. We caught up with him for details.
“I’ve been going to all these camps and working out. It’s been hard. I went to visit Tennessee right after I took an unofficial visit to Duke. I’m also going to Friday nigh lights in Florida on July 23rd. They haven’t offered yet, but maybe I can earn one. I might go to Louisville and Mississippi State this summer, I haven’t decided yet.”
With several schools recruiting him hard, he mentioned who was recruiting him the hardest right now.
“Duke, Tennessee, and probably Louisville are recruiting me the hardest. I am wide open right now, I don’t have any list right now. I’m not in any rush to make a decision. I’m going to take all five official visits, then I’ll make a decision.”
Vanderbilt also recently offered the star tight end. It brings him up to 11 total offers now.

We need this dude. 6’6″ 265lbs. and his athleticism, he could be one heck of a lineman, IMO.
My boyfriend is really interesting in this school. Its actually in his Top 3 of schools! Hopefully he will decide to attend this school so we can continue to be together!
