ALL-NFLVols For Life Peyton Manning, Eric Berry and Cordarrelle Patterson were named to the Professional Football Writers of America’s All-NFL team on Monday.

Manning was one of just five players repeated from the PFWA’s 2012 All-NFL team, earning the honor for the seventh time in his career.

A total of 17 players, including Cordarrelle Patterson, were first-time All-NFL honorees.

The trio also earned All-AFC (Manning, Berry) and All-NFC (Patterson) honors.

All three former Vols were also voted to the Pro Bowl and the NFL All-Pro team.

Manning had a record-setting season for the Denver Broncos. He set NFL records with 5,477 passing yards and 55 passing touchdowns. A seven-time All-Pro selection, he finished the season completing a NFL-best 450-of-659 passes with a passer rating of 115.1.

Berry started 15 contests for the Kansas City Chiefs, recording 74 tackles (66 solo), 11 tackles for loss, three interceptions with two returned for touchdowns and 10 passes defensed. He has also recorded a career-high 3.5 sacks (-26.5 yards).

Patterson led the NFL in kick return average at 32.4 yards. He also broke the Vikings’ team-record with 1,393 kick return yards in a single-season and became the first wide receiver in team history with three rushing scores in a single-season. He wrapped up his rookie season with nine total touchdowns (four receiving, three rushing and two kick return scores).
