i got up at 6:20 and put on my Big Orange t-shirt and shorts. It's finally game day. I stayed up late watching LSWho come back against Wisconsin. It will be time to start the ribs in a few hours; most of the family will be here by midday. My son-in-law is a Gator fan so it is time to start talking smack; thank you Butch for making me believe this is finally the year we break this lousy streak.

No violation. But I think disagreeing and mocking the notion that it could be a close game are different things. Either way, hopefully you are right. :hi:

FWIW, some have been mocking my Vols for the past 9 months with total impunity. Either way, thank you for all you do and hopefully 2014 will be the year that unites all of VN.:good!:

The Vols are too young to win, our QB sucks,our coach hasn't proven anything and we are incapable of improving from year to year.

USU, on the other hand, has new players that will play like seasoned veterans, their QB is the BEST to ever play the game, their second year coach is the next Vince Lombardi, and they will be twice as good as last year.

That being said, we may be lucky to win a game this season, and it will be the GREATEST MIRACLE IN FOOTBALL HISTORY if we upset the mighty Aggies!!

So my question is this....since this may be our only opportunity to win a game this year, if we pull off this great upset, should we storm the field and rip down the goalposts??:tease2:

I'm not in a very good mood today. Don't have the SEC Network yet, and on top of that, My wife's grandson is getting married at 4 PM (CST) this afternoon. I'll miss all of the first half and some of the third quarter. How 'bout you guys take an extra drink for me when the game starts?

Don't go! Or leave right after the ceremony! They won't care about who is at the reception. They just want to get to a honeymoon!

LOL, all good ideas although I would have another divorce. As for the gift, we paid for their flight to Miami to make their cruise connection on Monday.

As for the media, I don't have an issue with giving those who pick against us a hard time if, in fact, Tennessee were to win big. Personally, I think we should make a list of those media folks each week. :)

I am curious, though, which fans have been "mocking" the Vols for nine months.
