It appears I'm the most libertarian on the nation atleast that's what the test says. Who would've thunk it :).

i'm planning on moving to manhattan beach in a couple of months. very very similar. i'm currently in marina del rey which is next to venice beach. life is good. :)

Went to both on my trip there in the 80s. Actually, they were filming an episode of "Night Rider" at some hotel right in Marina del Rey. It was a scene at the pool. I went up on the set and saw Hasselhoff doing some first class acting...

Were you expecting anything less than that from Hasselhoff? He's this generation's John Barrymore.

Emain's Friday night:

1. Go out
2. smoke pot
3. party
4. have hippie g/f have "for fun" abortion
5. drink
6. protest
7. have 2nd g/f have "for fun" abortion
8. sleep

Kidding, of course. I get along with every kind of person. :)

a little surprising. The past few years I've found myself smack in the middle. Always figured I was more right though.

I knew I was in the middle, but to associate myself ANYWHERE on the left is something I didn't expect. I'm no hardball republican, but no leftist liberal nut. So I guess I am pretty close to where I belong.

I strongly agree :good!:

I went with disagree on this, but not strongly disagree. I fall on the business person/manufacturing side, so a part of me is inclined to go with this (thus not going with strongly). However, I also see a lot of importance in having artists and writers in society.

Was I missing the point, or were the questions asked in a broad sense asking you for a narrow answer?

I noticed the same thing.

It had to be a reason for that. I'm sure they wanted people to take a stand one way or the other and not be allowed to "punt" on a question and sit on the fence. If you even slightly agree or disagree, they want to capture what your natural tendency would be if you had to make a choice.

I'm sure (but not certain) that there must be some research done that backs that theory, because there were several questions on there that would have been neutral.
