Right at 6 months into his tenure, lets examine some topics and add some that you feel appropriate. I will start:

Russia F
China D
Iran B Seems staus quo so far
Afghanistan C I might grade higher if the pullout was not so haphazard
Cuba D Just not hearing a lot of support
Budget F
Economy C Just a C because he really hasn't done anything other than providing temp stimulus, but increased regs, rising inflation and energy costs has this trending down fast
Climate Change D Whether you agree with the premise,there is no strategic plan
Energy F See Climate Change
COVID B
Immigration F
Military C Budgets are flat and acceptable, but diversity emphasis brings it down from a B.
National Unity C
Race Relations C

I really try to be fair and objective in assessing his tenure, and I really can’t find anything that I’m happy with. However, I don’t really fault him much cause I assume he’s either willingly not calling the shots, or he’s being taken advantage of by others in his circle.

As for my grade for Biden: D.

To get a C or above, a president must work to have their own substantive agenda that is not merely undoing what the president before them did.

To get a B or above, a president must find a way to overcome partisan stupidity and get both major parties to agree on a substantial issue of national importance.

To receive an A, the president must meet the qualifications for a B while also making an enduring, positive mark on the international scene that reaffirms the US as a global leader, a shining example to look up to.

Well he was handed an economy that was shut down due to a global pandemic that was not taken seriously by the previous administration. We really won't know how good a POTUS he is for another 2-3 years.
