2024 Presidential Race

Only way I can reconcile the below, is she has Zero support from Independents. Headline is manure.

A new poll from the AP-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research found that about 6 in 10 Democrats believe Kamala Harris would do a good job in the top slot. About 2 in 10 Democrats don’t believe she would, and another 2 in 10 say they don’t know enough to say.

As for Americans more broadly, they are more skeptical of how Harris would perform in the Oval Office. Only about 3 in 10 U.S. adults overall say Harris would do well as president. About half say Harris would not do a good job in the role, and 2 in 10 say they don’t know enough to say.
I think it’s combination of liberal propaganda and the overall ignorance of democrats as a whole. She’s a freaking clown and the whole world knows it.
She’s Mtn Dew Camacho in real life

Why aren't repubs screaming for it???????

Did Trump even mention it in his speach?

Has anyone at the repub. convention?
Respectfully, the text of the 25th gives Republicans absolutely no say here.

It is up to Joe, or his VP and cabinet.

Some issues are bipartisan. This is purely partisan by it’s very nature. The VP and cabinet are majority (if not all) Dem, so they are the only ones who can invoke the 25th. Screaming doesn’t change that. If it did, the R’s last four YEARS claiming Biden was Biden was mentally incapable of doing the job would have mattered.

If Biden can’t do the job, he should be removed TODAY. If he can do the job, he should be the democratically elected candidate for his party’s nomination. Anything else is “stolen democracy.”

What the dems are doing is complete fraud, what they have been doing is complete fraud, and what they will be doing will most likely be fraud.

Disagree.

A reasonable person would conclude that he can do the job better today than 3 years from now.

It's not. You are being intellectually dishonest. No one watched that and said "he's ok but I'm worried about 4 years from now." We all watched that and said that man doesn't have the mental faculties to do the job. All of America who watched that debate:

Yep.

I agree with the premise of Luther’s argument. It is reasonable to think that a person could make it 6 more months performing a given task, while also believing they may not be able to perform said task for 4 1/2 years.

However. I honestly do not know how anyone could watch Joe Biden in 2024 and think “Yeah. He’s got some more left in the tank”. Not unless the person watching was just as unreasonable and irrational as the current POTUS they are watching.

He hasn't been on the job since he was elected. Let's be honest here.

Everyone was fine with President Jill.

Corecct. Brain issues get worse with time. But it's trash now.
Luth must see Biden as we saw him in 2020. Kinda dumb. Kinda hazy. Kinda confused. Etc.

As of 2024, (and a bit earlier) he’s been full blown senile! The debate was just a wake up call for many. Anyone that’s been watching him even somewhat closely wasn’t all that surprised by the debate performance.

I wish the left would see that many of us (conservatives and moderates) aren’t taking any glee in pointing this stuff out. It’s F’ing scary that Biden is still the POTUS today! Given his current mental state, we should all be concerned.

Meh. Nothing has been stolen if Biden declines the nomination for "personal reasons." It just has to be his decision. If someone tells you that they aren't the victim of theft ...... then nothing was stolen.

After reading your post and bham's reply, your follow up confuses me.

What did you understand bham was disagreeing with from your post?
That a reasonable person could conclude that he can do the job for 6 more months but not for 4 and a half years.

There seems to be universal agreement that he is getting worse; and obviously disagreement over when he crossed (or will cross) the line from capable to incapable.

I may have a faulty read on his reply but I think he is disagreeing about the 6 months part. Not the part of worsening over 4.5 years.
