When Texas went with the 4 guard offense, some of our girls looked very slow; and they were too...Coach Kim has to have more speed at the guard position, and bigger under the basket. Other than that, we are all set....LOL

I hope you are wrong about Cooper ? But this would be her 3rd team playing her third year of eligibility…. Not a good look for her ?

Great point. Anyone who watched this year could already see Coop struggles with poise and composure issues. Every coach could see what they’re taking on. BUT she’s soooo good. Someone significant would take her, esp w 2 yrs left.

If she stays it signifies real commitment from both Coop and coach to work on these issues, which have always appeared to be on court only. I think she’s a really good kid and it can be overcome. Would sure hate to see it hold her back her whole career.

If Coop had Rickea Jackson’s on court brain she’d be a Parker level offensive player.

Need to really fire up on the portal this week get the players in here we want and lock them down while Sc, Texas, and LSU are still playing. Williams, Kneepkens, Scott, and Cunningham would be a good class.

My guess is the end of our current bench w eligibility left either retires or transfers. Possibly to Mizzu. Don't think any major players transfer, tho Coop is an intriguing mystery.

Whitehorn didn't sound like she was going anywhere, Spearman same, Latham don't know, Boyd again have no idea. Cooper. Other than those five really don't care.

It is coming Civil is a jet, the twins are very quick, Prawl better than most of our present team.

Someone may go to the portal but an influential factor in their decision making should be they are fresh off a Sweet 16 run on a "start from scratch' system and the offense they play in provides ample opportunity for minutes. Can't speak to NIL but believe we have a competitive package. Any player that follows the Lady Vols can see where they can contribute.

Yes I am trying to figure who they are that were possibly losing since I have it narrowed down to three and all three of them are that I just don't know. Ole Miss already working seems to have two top players lined up one is Lattimore who is definitely super inside player that has a perimeter shot. I just think if you can you try to get ahead of SC, Texas, LSU with some of the present players in there while they are still playing.

No way Wells will be here as a player I just don't see it. If Wells, Ace, and Edie are all still here and everyone stays we have one scholarship. Just have to clear out the end of the bench cause it is not helping us move forward.

In the last portal we really missed with Liatu King after so many were projecting her to Tennessee she went to Notre Dame. She was as reliable a player for them as anyone they had other than Hildago. If you got players in there that are proven need to try and grab them now. Clear out the end of the bench of have the openings to bring players like Williams and Kneepsen here.

I think Well’s eligibility is over ? Ace is a Knoxville kid. Not leaving… Edie has always been a walk on but never counted against our number of players! Has she graduated ? Would she be willing to forgo her final year of eligibility? Since her sister just finished her fifth year ? That would give us another spot for a portal addition… gonna be interesting

I agree. Definitely think Zee and Ruby are staying. I pray they all stay and we can just add.

Everybody counts next year walk on or not 15 total no exceptions. I think your right about Wells didn't she go through senior day? Ace no problem would give us three without Edie should be enough.

Really feel good about the future. During the press conference, Kim said something like there are a couple of holes or spots that need to be filled when talking about next year. As long as we hold on to the players we have, it is the best I've felt about the future in awhile.
