sorry if wrong forum mods, move if necessary.

ive scoured volnation for a thread on sections but couldnt find anything. would be nice if we had a thread where everyone can say where they sit (if they have season tickets) and give them a chance to voice their opinion on the section to help those of us who are considering tickets decide on which section is best for us.

so, here it is...for now at least!

where do you sit?

how would you rate the section (1-10 scale) on not being hassled by other fans when you stand up and cheer?

any other info about your section you'd like to add?

in particular for my case, im curious if anyone sits upper level GG-QQ in either the A or B rows. Those seem like good seats to me but not sure if any are available though I will be finding out soon. If you sit in any of these sections/rows, please let me know how you feel about them, and any gurus that can comment on those as well as any ideas of availability and price would really help as well.

again, sorry for being wrong forum but the ticket section doesnt see much action and I need some answers fast! thank you in advance! GBO!

Recliner, just right of center of den, aprox 4 feet from 47 inch flat, wife dressed hotly with snacks and brew 1.5 feet to my left, remote cradled firmly in left hand, keep right hand free to lay smack on anyone attempting to take remote, feet elevated 1.75 off the ground. Thats my section.

Trapped in unfriendly territory, wishing I could re-enter the friendly confines of Neyland Stadium but recognizing the value of my education in order to possibly earn a job in the Tennessee athletic department one day. Generally, I'm growling at Arkansas fans to exit the room or die at the hands of a Big Orange Hulk!

Hey ghost, I wonder how drive time sports here in central AR compares to the junk everyone here complains about with Clay Travis, etc. Drive time is unlistenable imo. Your thoughts?

I used to be about 16 rows up in QQ. High enough that it was not too bad.

Drivetime's production quality is garbage. 3 Hour Lunch has ten time the production quality. As far as the complaints about Clay Travis are concerned, I find him hilarious because he is just trolling. He's actually brilliant. The more controversy he creates, the more traffic he gets online and the more listeners 3HL picks up.

As for driving through the area, I would recommend switching over the 104.3, which is the local ESPN affiliate. They aren't perfect, but they kick the dogstuff out of Drivetime. They carry Sports Talk with Bo Mattingly, which I might try to pick up an internship with. Also, if you're in Clarksville around five pm, you might be able to pick up my radio show on 100.5, SportSoup.

Surprises me if that is true about clay.. I refuse to turn on the station he is on at anytime of the day just because they carry him.. I also have never clicked on a link going to his site..

I wont even listen to the interview he did with Dooley even though people say CDD won the battle on that one.. He is a tool and it would be hard to not get violent if I ever actually saw him anywhere, even though ultimately I would hold myself back.. it would still be hard to do.

I will say this; I actually think he dislikes Dooley because Dooley gives as good as he gets and Travis isn't used to that. I think it's a personal dislike rather than the things that Dooley has done professionally (although Travis did have a little love affair with Kiffin). Travis is used to being the smartest man in the room, and Dooley is a challenge to Clay's manhood. As for the dogging Tennessee in general, he is actually a huge homer; he just hasn't liked the direction things are going in of late. I'm not sure he's the only talking head that feels that way, either.

Y6, first year with these Tix, hope they're good!!!!!

This is where I'm at. My dad has had these tickets since the eighties. Love these seats. But at times will watch jumbotron when they're on the other end of the field. But when they're coming towards us - man oh man. Beauty

Just another reason why you suck.

My wife's Grandfather has had these for about the same amount of time, he has sold them to a guy for the past decade or so, finally got to where I could afford them. He brags on the location.... I AM JACKED!!!!

Section M, nearly center of endzone until F'ing MH decided I didn't need them anymore. Sat with my cuz-in-law in YY under the cover - awesome!!!; ZZ15 row 13 right on the isle - good view until someone would come down the steps and stop to watch the game right in front of us; moving to XX3 row 14 - anticipate them to be just as good. Pretty much anything in the north endzone, lower part of upper deck is awesome. As far as cheering, I cheer when we do something very good to extrordinary, one of the linemen or downfield guys makes a slobberknocker block, or the D lays someone out, otherwise I generally sit with a scowl on my face during the game. I am one of those who expects every pass play to be completed and every run to gain 5 - 10 yards. I expect the opposing offense to go backwards every series. BTW, I am one of the loudest when the boys run through the T and have to wear my sunglasses to hide the tears.

Boom. And it's awesome when they're warming up before the game. Were on rows 13 and 14 so we can see them pretty close

And they run through the T on our side. But I imagine that's amazing from anywhere in the stadium.

X1, row 4.

I'll have a chance to move my tickets next week, but I don't think I'll get anything better. It's a great place to see the recruits walking around before and after a game. Saw Ainge a lot last year as well.

Good luck with that.

After looking at the online seat map, I found 3 pairs of available seats in my current section that I was interested in. After picking one pair and completing the online swap successfully, I got a call 3 days later from UT telling me the seats I picked weren't really available. Neither were the other 2 pairs I was interested in even though all 6 seats are still shown as available today. They offered me 2 other similar pairs neither of which were shown as available on the seat map.

Doesn't seem like the open seats shown on the map are accurate at all.
