Agree. We played a lot of 4-3 today and seemed to perform better when we were in it. I would fire Sunseri and change back to a 4-3 the rest of the season

Guaranteed 2 year contract for 800,000 a year. Would owe him 1.6M if fired him after this year (unless he gets another coaching job)

Why have one? Look at what we're getting with one....just leave it vacant and no one will know. Worked with Kentucky's QB position last year...

omg im so sick of hearing about sal..its not his fault our d sucks he didnt recruit this d it was handled to him from wilcox and DD...and lets face it all DD has done is put talent on offence....hes trying to teach guys that have been playing 4-3 for the past few years...to play 3-4 ...i agree defence is defence but the guy cant run out there and tackle people...its not very hard to wrap people up and contain the ball but we cant seem to shut anyone down!!...cough hey what about the secondary coach? maybe he sucks?...i hope sal still here next year and i want DD gone!!

Ron Zook, and Kevin Steele are available, and Im sure they could do better than Suckseri.

i say we hire Gruden, move Sal to lineback coach,leave off line,Rb,wr coachs and fire the rest...let gruden work with the defence and get a awesome Off coach

Do not know if you noticed or not but we have been using the 4-3 for the last 3 games. So now what is the excuse

From what I've seen, I think Sunseri must go-and not to training our linebackers. I wouldn't let him train my dog.

Even when he is using 4-3 he is blitzing like crazy. You can't leave our sorry excuse for DBs on islands. That is not a bend-don't-break strategy.

no i haven't noticed been busy with work and hunting...my point is u cant blame just sal...our secondary coach's they couldnt coach a pop warner team... yall said the same thing when wilcox was here..oh he sucks blah blah blah..now sal sucks? for real how about we try to recruit some defence and stop adding offence just a though...oh wait sal didnt really get any recruiting time he did happen to sign big dan when he came...great to see tennessee d have size again...give him a year to recruit get rid of dooley and lets see what he got :good!:

I have been complaining for several weeks about our lack of playing a zone coverage defense. I am not sure if Sal does not like it or just refuses to believe we cannot cover in man to man.

Yea he just needs to accept that giving up big plays is a bigger problem then getting pressure on the QB (which we aren't really accomplishing anyway) and adapt accordingly. Every time there is a delayed blitz, which is often, I just have to smh. Our DBs can not cover for that long. Its just a waste of bodies.

Let me say that again so you understand the full gravity of that statement:

719 yards to Troy.

That many yards to anyone is staggering. To a SunBelt team is beyond comprehension.
