I have taught my kids to be careful with words and say what you mean and live with integrity. If this kid changes his mind and chooses FSU then do it. But jerking fan bases around and having fun is immature and I know he is 17. Not all 17 year olds are immature. But if he lying to our coaches that he is still coming and then signs with FSU, then he would lack maturity and integrity. If he changed his mind with this visit, then just tell our coaches

No I have not flipped just fun and games, I still 110% Tennessee. That’s what he told me but the more people I speak to this morning the worse it looks. Obviously Tn will do it’s best to stop the shift but lots of people high on FSU in this one. Only time will tell.

Not gonna lie, this one will sting. Legit diamond in the rough our staff found and gave an opportunity no one else did weeks before NSD. Then last weekend before signing he flips? Ouch.

Hopefully we can hang on here but doesn’t look good.

This would sting, but a lot less if we got Copeland (duh statement, I know). Took 5 last year, take 2 this year, load up next year as needed.

Still, I'm remaining calm on this one. All indications are the kid is humble and mature. Word was he was incredibly loyal as well.

I'm sure he's having a lot of fun at FSU, and maybe is getting carried away in the moment. To go from unheralded to wined and dined like a rock star seemingly overnight has to make your head spin a little.

All in all... I'm holding out hope that the kid who was peer recruiting for us 18 hours ago will return home, emotions will settle, Pruitt/Helton makes a phone call... and he remembers why he committed to us in the first place.
