It's not about my coaching style. My opinion is that FLOWERS feels he will play quality minutes and there might be a reason for his confidence.

I’m not sure Flowers had another option. He’s not getting drafted at this point. I guess he could’ve entered the portal. Regardless, I think McCollough is the weaker of the two Safeties. I hope Charles and/or McDonald can win one or both of the Safety spots next year.

Agreed. The OPTION would be to move on with his life. Sitting on the bench or sitting in the stands would cancel each other out. I think he thinks he's playing.

Dude is trying to be mayor of troll town. Every recruit we don’t get he complains and will probably say every coach we have sucks.
Yeah, I see what he's doing. Here lately, I've been trying to stay away from replying to dumbazz posts, trolls, and our doomers and gloomers (exhausting!!! I'll take trolls over doom and gloom, ANYDAY); but, I'm in the mood to get dirty today.

It would be nice to have 4 quality safeties we can cycle through. Regardless of how poorly McCollough played at times he and all these safeties will be going into year 2 in the same system. This is where we see player development skills we should have 1 or 2 players naturally progress and emerge in 2022

Very true. We should see improvement across the board going from year 1 to year 2. Ole Miss is a good example…their defense improved tremendously this season.
