“But I got to stop wishin', got to go fishin' Down to rock bottom again Just a few friends, just a few friends” (pictures)

I do wanna fish that side for redfish. From around Brunswick up into NC. Definitely going to if we get to go to Tybee in that area.
Guides are a dime a dozen over there and should be inexpensive relatively speaking. I would concentrate on the area between Savannah and Charleston. Best marsh and oyster beds for redfish and trout.

I've been googling some guides👀👀, but may have to wait on that. Depends on how Tiffany feels, but I've been eyeing that area. Some monster reds over there.

Actually my buddy who took the picture says that the big Reds will be on the beach in late Oct and Nov. I think they either use cut bait, sand fleas or live shrimp. Would be much less expensive and could be a short overnight for you guys maybe or a long weekend. Looking at the map, maybe a little south of Savannah may have better beach access. Looks like everything from Charleston down to Savannah is either mega public or private.

One day soon, probably a weekend God willing, me and my buddy in Kentucky are going to spend the weekend over in the area fishing.

Redfish are running in the Georgia coastal creeks in the Fall. Always had luck on the outgoing tide of the Satilla river delta in November.

Caught a crap load of bream, not a single bass, not even a hit. I did see a beautiful bald eagle flying over the lake, pretty cool seeing them get more populated around here.
There's a bald eagle that I see around here often. Not sure if it's the same one but it doesn’t matter to me. I say it is and call him Fallguy. My neighbor asked me last week if I've seen Fallguy lately.

They're amazing to me. I sit there in my little boat and just watched it for a minute. The way they just glide, it's different to me. It may be that it's just rare to see them much, but they're beautiful.

They are always a treat to see. One of my favorite spots to see them was soaring above the Snake River Canyon in Jackson, WY. Incredible backdrop.
