The last fishing trip we landed the first 2 sharks a Blue and a Bass no problem…..after that we got them to the boat, no problem…..in the boat was an…..issue.

Once the Gulf Stream hangs a right off Hatteras, fishing gets very different, it seems.

It doesn't so much turn as the beach does. I have been in the water outside St. Lucie inlet in the middle of August and the water almost too cold to get in. It gets crystal clear when it's like that.

Yes, it’s very obvious on a map of ocean currents. It just “feels” as if it leaves N. America around Hatteras and takes off for Europe/ British Isles.

Planning up another trip to cedar key the first week of October God willing. My buddy is on Fall break that week, but that's not the breaking news. My dad wants to go! He's only been to Florida once, but he's wanting to go with us, and go fishing! Hopefully there's no hurricane so I can take him!
