My daughter remarked how bad he was. He obviously didn’t bother to learn or practice the players names—not even the prominent starters. He needs to show some effort and do his homework. Very unprofessional….

I think the 1 was buried behind the AVG sign on the board. I thought I saw “AVG1 .000“.
There was minimal space between the G and the 1 or I could be completely wrong. Either way, they need to fix the spacing so it clearly reads 1.000.

IIRC, it took them forever to learn how to pronounce Connell correctly

There was definitely more than a few gameday ops things that must be tightened up.

Learning the player's names and correct pronunciations is a non-negotiable. There were a ton of parents/family there, and I'd hate to think a kid's own program botched their name in their first time on the field.

The scoreboard goofs, the in game announcements, even the middle of inning trivia games were so clunky. The poor play ball kid couldn't even do his thing on Sunday.

I know a lot of times they claim the ops people are split between different sports, but that's not a great excuse for the Department to me. Its a big time program. Act like it.

You can have as many unpaid/low paid college kids as you want, but you need some established people with hands on the wheel and it didn't feel like that at all.

I’m taking my boys to lunch right now (no school today), it’s 35 out, and they’re rocking the same outfit, short sleaves, shorts, and crocs. One of them does have socks on though.
