MSU has a better line that I thought. Towles should have thrown away a few of them. I'm actually happy at our o-line performance.

Don't get me wrong, I'm excited at our program right now. I'm excited we were very competetive with the number one team. I think there's a lot more room for improvement.

IMO I would've held up on the onside kick. 2.5 min left and 2 TO's take your chances. I don't like setting a team up with a short field and a potential FG or giving yourself poor field position. But I guess Stoops felt like y'all hadnt stopped them much and that wasnt going to change.

He needed to run today, but I hated seeing it. I guess our coaches weren't trusting in Heard and Co. for whatever reason. He's a good runner, but that's not how we will win games imo.

Kentucky didn't have much success running it. Heard's fumble early in the game probably didn't help his cause either.

KY really came out ready to play this game. Man what an upset it would have been if the cats could have pulled it off

Today was a good effort. We need one more win for this season to be considered a true success. We have better athletes than we've had in a long time.

I disagree. They're all talented enough for success. The Air Raid depends on the delayed draw. Our OL wasn't winning those battles yesterday. Neal Brown saw it and modified a game plan. I don't like seeing Towles taking those hits, but it reminded me of a gutsy Billy Jack Haskins back in the day. If you aren't old enough to remember Billy Jack, watch the video- running the option with a separated shoulder.
