#1 Oregon @ #24 USC

I will say that I think the winning team in a situation like this is in an awkward position. It's ok for USC to drive to try to score again to save face and make it look better (when they're clearly not going to win) - but it's not ok for Oregon to try to score again to help their BCS rank because that would look like running up the score. Doesn't seem quite right.

If one team has it's 1st team in playing all out, then it should be ok for the other team to do so. The winning team is only in the wrong if they play their 1st team all out when the other team is playing subs or is clearly just trying to run out the clock to get out of there. jmo

Oregon's band did not make the trip for those thinking they would play Rocky Top.

On a side note, Monte's schemes were piss poor tonight.

USC's defense is just bad... it was bad last year. On top of that, Oregon has an insane offense. For whatever reason, their recruits on the defensive side of the ball haven't panned out from Carroll, and it's carried over to Kiffin.

EAT IT LANE! YEEEEEEAH!

Congrats, Ducks.

As I said, I hope George Farmer, Marquise Lee, Devon Blackmon, and the rest of the group get a look at the Coliseum. Pathetic.

As for Kiffin and company? They aren't good coaches, and I very much doubt SC returns to the power they were last decade under this current regime.

The shot of the stands says it all for trojan fan. Fair to the weather. That place was all but empty at the end.

Is it just me or does Kelly come across as an arrogant prick in his interviews?

Looks like the Ducks will run the table. At least they should, anyway. Of course, seasons like this teach us to expect the unexpected sometimes.

A little douchey, but I didn't mind seeing him not give Erin Andrews anything to work with. The halftime interview was the better of the two.

It doesn't exactly take a genius to conclude that when they're going to be down double digit scholarships for the foreseeable future.

I've said it before, but the 2010's are going to be a decade in which USC is rebuilding a lot, thanks to the sanctions and various other things.

Not in love with Kiffy's recruiting either, TBH.

Carroll never signed huge classes anyway. His classes were normally 20 deep or below. Plus, the scholarship restrictions haven't yet taken their toll, and they probably wont until next recruiting season.

I've noticed SC's class isn't as strong as it typically is, but I've been hearing from Trojan fans that they have a ton of silents. Which of course I take with a grain of salt, but there could be some truth to the rumors.

I'd take it with a grain of salt as well. It's just kind of weird to not see any 5* players with a "Committed to USC" next to their names.

Well, there is De'Anthony Thomas, who in my opinion, is the most explosive player in the country not named George Farmer. But USC intends on playing him at CB, which is stupid in my opinion, but whatever.
