I'm glad Montana stayed out of the SEC. I think the sideline CEO's on message boards have really underestimated him. I hope Montana has a great career in Seattle.
in an espn article awhile back scroggins said he was told by the washington staff that they were only taking one qb, but they could have changed their minds.
Big news folks, This could indeed land us Scroggins...He's the biggest gun left out there and the one I always believed this coaching staff wants...Land him and Burnetti and get that monster Newton and you got some serious QB depth.
From what I know, Brunetti is the top rated dual threat QB (Oregon's taste), but from the recruiting sites, he doesn't seem to have been offered by the Ducks yet.
Scroggins is another story because he is a pro-style and 90% wouldn't choose Oregon.
I heard that the ducks are waiting to offer Brunetti late due to a low gpa.
Here's what he had to say about the ducks:
"I love Oregon, I would love to get an offer and take a visit. I don't have one yet but I would really love to hear more from the University of Oregon." "We run a similar run option spread at school right now, I am deadly with my legs, but I look to throw first," says Brunetti. "Oregon 's offense is a perfect fit for me."
