'10 CA WR Kenny Stills

If Tennessee lands Stills... wow. I hope everyone sticks to their commitment. Meline said himself he prefers playing defense so I guess he'd move to corner if Stills were to pick Tennessee.

A lot of times kids are drooling over a program right after they left due to the ass kissing they just recieved. Scroggins did it here then went to USC a week later and committed where?? He will go home and think about it or commit today or newt few days or on NSD. !7 year old kids are hard to figure out.

I can't believe I'm saying this but I don't know how much I'd want a commitment from him right now. Even if we move Meline to DB, I don't know how much sense it makes to have Nuke/Teague/Z Rogers/Cobbs/Ambles/Milton/Stills all within two years when we are desperate at LB and have a much greater need at LB, too.

On the other hand, I really love this kid, and we shouldn't really pass up 5* talent, should we? Ok I've talked myself back into it - come on Stills!

I'm glad he got to see Neyland rocking on game day even though we lost. I hope jumps onboard.

Man you gotta think this would look awesome to a 2011 QB with all the WRs coming in this year and for 2010. Now if we can just get some stud OLs (JUCO) to commit it would be awesome.

yeah im worried about the lack of OL and LB....they start stacking up at that position and turn jessie scroggins then we have the number 1 class....

I dont like Bray having that pressure. We are a terrible fan base to our current QB and this kid is the savior of our program to alot. If he doesnt come out blowing it up like Manning I am scared people will do what they do to crompton now.

If Bray throws for more than 90 yards and less than 3 interceptions against teams like UCLA..... fans won't boo him. Crompton is just so bad. He is a fifth year senior and has never gotten better. It's one thing if he has one bad game and he isn't a senior but he is a senior and has had 10 bad games. He's just not good. He's not even average.

and i guess what is even more sad is that hes supposedly the best on our team?!?! theres bound to be SOMEONE on our roster that can just come in and get our playmakers the ball!

"I enjoyed, about everything out there," Stills said. "It was the atmosphere that I expected. There was 102,000 fans there and it was wild and crazy. Everywhere I went the support was great.

"Even throughout the game when Jonathan Crompton was struggling, the fan support was still there for him," Stills said. "They were there with the let's go Crompton chants and the fans were just trying to help the kid out. That is definitely an atmosphere that I would love to play in and really enjoyed everything about it."

Thats not what I heard.

The students started the chants near the end of the game. It was great to see the students show more maturity than some of the long time fans. It amazes me how fans of a university think booing an amateur athlete can help the athlete who obviously has some problems with anxiety and they never realize that we are recruiting at this games.

The people calling for Kiffin to bench Crompton are the same ones who will boo Stephens off the field as soon as he throws his first INT.

^^^^THIS^^^^

Exactly! A 5th year senior, if he does not get it by now, there is no hope! Its now obvious that its gonna be hard to win any games, with GOMER PILE as our QB.

A lot of those folks don't keep up with recruiting and don't realize that recruits are even there but they still shouldn't boo him. I only heard them boo one time but I had to what it on TV because my son had a FB game to play.

There was some hardcore booing at 2 points in the game: When Crompton threw the INT on the first play of the 2nd half and when he threw the ball into ground at the OLs feet on 3rd and long...

Fortunately, the visitors were not back in the stands when he threw the pick to start the 3rd quarter.

Yea there was definitely loud booing. I know now that I'm a recruiting addict because when I heard it, all I could think about was its possible effects on our visiting recruits.

Not like I really needed another indicator as much as Im on here though.

i heard the booing for the 3rd and long through my tv. I personally thought it was an ok decision.... not like anything good was going to come out of the play at that point!
