It is down to Auburn and FSU for Lemonier.
One of the nation's top-ranked defensive ends has trimmed his list of choices to two.
Hialeah (Fla.) four-star Corey Lemonier will sign with Auburn or Florida State, the No. 3 weakside end in the country said.
Lemonier previously listed a final three that included Miami.
"It's just Florida State and Auburn," said Lemonier. "Those are the schools that I'm looking at the most.
"They are both good schools. They are both going to be good teams in the future."
The 6-foot-5, 230-pound Lemonier will host coaches from Auburn and Florida State on in-home visits this week.
He spoke to Auburn recruiter Trooper Taylor Tuesday. Lemonier said he's going to call defensive line coach Tracy Rocker Tuesday night.
Lemonier said Taylor has played a big part in Auburn finding itself in the final two.
"Me and Coach 'Troop' had a good talk," said Lemonier. "We always have a good talk. I like Coach 'Troop'. He's a character. He's funny. Overall, he's just a good guy.
"My family likes him, too. He always talks to them. They like him a lot. I like all of the coaches at Auburn. They talk about family a lot and I like that."
Lemonier will choose Auburn or Florida State on Signing Day, Feb. 3, at Hialeah.
He said he's yet to make that decision.
"I really have to think it over," he said. "It's a big decision."
