InsidetheU.com is reporting that he made a decision but isn't ready to announce yet. That's a pretty big hint about where he's headed.

sounds like it could be true that Clements is a silent to Tennessee---

UM, which has an oral commitment from Naples Lely running back Darion Hall (a Javarris James-type), wants one more tailback in the 2010 class and is optimistic about luring top target Eduardo Clements (Booker T. Washington). Clements said UM is on his list, but Tennessee is his favorite because ``they play young guys at any position. Bryce Brown played against Florida.''

He can play. IMO he's not on the level with Seastrunk or Lattimore, but he is right there with Dyer, Bernard, and Mack Brown. I'd probably take him over Bernard or Brown, but some wouldn't. They are all close though...

He's been one of my favorite backs of this recruiting class. He does a lot of things well. He has great hands too which are a plus. He's fast though not a burner I think he'll more than make up for Taurean Poole leaving.

I look at top end speed when I say burner. But he's fast without a doubt he's a big time threat to a defense. I just want a guy that won't get caught from behind. Like Nuke is fast but not a burner. If he was a true burner we would have had a TD first play of the game. But I love his big play ability none the less.
