i just thought it was pretty hilarious how ridiculous it was, and yea i learned nothing, agreed the UGA guy was a douche and made that whole interview worthless

I guess one could possibly find humor in the statement that he wanted to play free safety. Especially since the UGA dude seemed to buy it.

Program ready to blow up, they have some coaches with a new attitude, and they are trying to do their own thing there. Eric Berry represents the state well in Knoxville.

Smith has been bringing up the Gators more and more recently and he could be the best defensive tackle in the country. At first I thought he was a Georgia lock, but he’s talked up the Gators a bit more this past month. I spoke with him earlier this week and he said his communication with Florida’s coaches has been good.

I just got off the phone with this kid, he's probably one the funniest person i've ever talked to. I called him around 4 and he texted me at 1130 and said Still up? I asked him where he might take visits to and he said he had a summer job at six flags so he doesn't know if he'll be able to, don't know if he was screwing with me on that. He wouldn't say it directly, but i got the feeling he'll do something soon. Also said he idolized Reggie White when he was younger, and he loved the tradition at UT. The OJ thing above, i'm pretty certain he was just screwing with the interviewer. Also asked him where he would take his official visits to and he said yeah, there's a few school and I asked him where and he well you know those schools know who they are.

Not so fast folks... I'm talking to Garrison right now via text and he said that he DID NOT commit to Georgia, and that video that posted was a mistake from ugasports.com, and was from January when he thought he was going to commit, then decided not to.

Well it doesn't show that he is committed on his Rivals page but that video was dated from today.

I asked him about that he and he said it took place in January, and it was mistakenly posted today. Said he called rivals and asked them about it and they said it was a mistake.

Smith is a great looking prospect. UGA, UT, Bama...all would love to land him, but I will be very surprised if he does not commit to the Dawgs tomorrow.

I talked to him and he confirmed that he is announcing on the 19th at 7pm. I'm pretty sure it's UGA here, they're starting to fill up and he probably wants to get on board now.
