If I'm not mistaken he visited a couple of weeks ago and was at the UT-Ole Miss basketball game...One thing that stood out to me was how big he was. He will definitely be big enough to play DT if he wants..he also seemed out of all the recruits there to be the most into the game..cheered for UT throughout. I think he will stick with us.

the 3rd chavis thing is a bit of a concern, but I think our DL was the may reason for that this year...we just didn't get much push this year.. I like an aggressive Defense, but I think Chavis plays it safe..

Freak=anthony Johnson...he is already projected a top 10 player nationally..for 2011

LA talent next year is probably the best it's ever been

BTW: Frank Wilson is a darn good hire for LSU...didn't realize how respected he was in the state of Louisiana until he came on board and HS coaches came of the wood work applauding this hire and pushing kids to LSU.

Frank Wilson is a good recruiter and has good connections. He's not one of the better coaches though.

I think we hold onto Copeland..he is pretty tight with Jacques and Miller as well and loves TN...also sounds like he knows who our DL and DC are already from his comments in KNS article

I heard somewhere that LSU lost a DT, Marsh I think, to UCLA. I am sure they will be after Copeland now to fill the hole.

Dont feel confident in keeping Copeland, for some reason I always thought in the end he would end up at LSU & I still think thats what will happen.

eh be calmn. he was the only one that immediatly said "im still a vol as long as the offer is still there" i think he is just showing a little tit to pass the time...he will be a vol

From what I have been told this is a free trip in his eyes and his buddy is a LSU commit. Dooley came by the other day. I have been told he is firm. I guess we will see but I got it from someone who would know.

yea, id be shocked of copeland went anywhere. williams on the other hand is gone.

My fear is we may end up with a very talent class, but we are going to be weak at certain key positions (mainly OL and DL). I hope we can sure up Copeland and pick-up some OL (Stone, Glass, etc.).
