It's just something we haven't experienced in Neyland the past few years - a smashmouth college football game with players (VT defense) that are psyched for the entire 60min of play. Great tailgating scene too. Enter Sandman is solid but it absolutely does not beat the opening of the "T"

Personally, I think a good UNC program is bad for Tennessee. Good result IMO.

When we’re pulling a total of 6 kids from Florida and Georgia like we did in the last class then it doesn’t matter what UNC or Clemson does. We need more out of those states, Florida in particular where we only got 2. What’s crazy is we only got 2 from TN too. Granted, TN isn’t a talent-rich state but you’d think we would have more than that being the home state.

I watch some of this game. Some botched handoffs & sloppy offensive play by VaTech allowed NC to stay close early. Macks boys were reading their preseason rankings too much. Va Tech looked ready to play.
