Marcus Lattimore - Football Recruiting

Most people think he'll be a top recruit. We should probably get in on him since he's just in SC

im from tennessee but unfortunately ive lived in sc most my life. i graduated from byrnes & live & work in duncan. that being said ive saw this kid for many years. in my mind he is the best rb i ever saw & will prob be the top recruit in the nation. the kid has no weaknesses. speed, power, hands, moves, knowledge of the game, heart, grades, & is the most humble kid u can meet. the only flaw he grew up a sc fan & his sister goes there. we need to work him hard right now. he will play in the sec for sure.

Maybe the Cocks will suck this year and Spurrier will get the axe. That will open the door for us. Since Bama signed Lacy and Richardson this year, that excludes them. Florida just doesn't use RB's, so we have a better than average shot. Georgia will recruit him hard.

yea uga is in the mix for sure. sc can go 1-11 & they will be up & coming & spurrier will be one of the greatest coaches ever. hope marcus isnt as delusional as the fans.

There is alot of chatter down this way that he may already be a Clemson commit(silent). He should have a great year though the coach that brought Byrnes to the national spotlight is returning as the offensive cood. The Clemson thing may or not may be true but Byrnes does have alot of kids at Clemson already.

He used to be a USC lock but since then we're officially even with every one else. I've heard LSU a lot with him, UGA definitly has a chance too.

I'd much rather have Lache Seastrunk than him. He seems more like a very well rounded, jack of all trades RB, but not the type Kiffin was successful with at USC. I've read that he's not overly illusive and lacks cutback ability. Seastrunk would fit in much better in Kiffin's offense. JMO

yeah that would be nice, except for the fact that we have less than zero shot of getting Seastrunk.

I'd wasn't insinuating that we had a shot a Seastrunk, just saying that Seastrunk, or someone like Seastrunk, would fit better in Kiffin's offense.

Lattimore would be just fine in Kiffin's O. He is a very talented player.

I was just trying to say that there cases will be the same. Lattimore will take visits and show interest..but in the end the in-state pressure will be too much.
