Williams' performance didn't go unnoticed. Including schools he'd already talked to, he has talked to Tennessee, Alabama, Ole Miss, Purdue, Western Kentucky, MTSU and others. Keon is planning to go up to UT's camp; he's also going to camp at WKU and MTSU for now.

New article. Per......Kevin Scott

Williams' SPARQ score of 107 was higher than Storm Johnson's (I think 102) at that very same combine. Kid is for real. If we sign Williams, and no one else RB this year, I will be purty happy...

Since Keon is starting late, he lacks the stars, but he was graded and given a very impressive 106.98 on the Sparq. To put that into perspective, there was a RB at the combine who is a 4 star prospect, according to Rivals.com, with offers from almost every major program, who scored a 102.3.

The best kept secret in the state of Tennessee is getting out, and it won't be long before there's an all out war for Keon's services.

From Kevin Scott's article called "Tennessee's Best Kept Secret." He was named to the All-Combine team at the Nike combine which consists of 25 players while there were aroung 3,000 at the event...

Somewhere in NC. He moved here because his mother was sick and he wanted to be closer to her.

He transfered from NC last year, so he couldnt play. So there will not be any video out on him. I want to hear how he does that our camp. If he does good, as the same scenerio with anyone, he could get an offer.

Keon WIlliams from Red Bank high school looked awesome. He sat out last year cause of a transfer but he looked like a million bucks and could really blow up soon. Schools may be slow to offer him in the summer cause of lack of film but watch out after he gets his first three games of his senior season under his belt.

From Kevin Scott:

Keon called me after the camp and told me the coaches made sure his brother knew they'd be all over him and were NOT letting him get out of the state. They said the ONLY thing the coaches are waiting on to offer is seeing Keon in a game, since it's been so long. Very proud of him.

Obviously Dyer is the #1 RB on our board this year but I think Keon is the '10 RB we'll end up with.

Williams is a chiseled, 5-11, 225 pounds and while he has great size and strength, he catches the ball and changes directions very well. Still waiting on his first offer, Williams will be one of the biggest steals of the state to whoever has the confidence to throw an offer out to him.
Barton Simmons yet again.
