10 Wins

If you’re talking about the current coach, it’s 2 10 win seasons across 3 seasons.

Right. 2/3. My bad. And to add to that. 7–5 in the regular season his first season when he barely had a team to field, could easily been 9-3 if some questionable officiating didn’t happen in the Pitt games and Ole Miss games. 9-4 in a rebuild transition year matches the best seasons a coach has had since Fulmer. lol he achieves what they did in a “down year”

Sign me up for being in a playoff over winning a dumb Tax Slayer bowl any day. Playoff birth, a new year day bid. Yeah you should be thrilled where the program is right now. No ones happy with the result of the game, but wake up bozo. We were 3-7 4 years ago 💀

Oh yes!!!

Be thrilled it looks like our coach can make zero adjustments.

Sorry but we looked like trash tonight. Waste of time to even watch this garbage anymore. We will lose to FL next year and GA and probably AL and everyone will be saying next year.

We been saying next year for 20 years. We didn’t lose. We got embarrassed. It was pathetic.

0-12. But it will be an honest record. No more of this inflated flim-flammery.
That's the reality the participation-trophy generation needs to be confronted with. I think Danny White also needs to appoint a truth commission to comb through our record books to determine which of our titles were earned fraudulently by our beating the Kentuckies, Sewanees, and Vanderbilts of the world.

This (more than likely) top 10 ranking finish means Tennessee will have finished ranked in the top 10 two of the last three seasons, something the program hasn’t done since the 1999-2001 period.

Likewise, this will make the first time the program has ended three straight seasons ranked in the polls since either 1999-2001 or 1997-1999 (depends on whether talking about the Coaches or AP Poll).

Good idea. We must make amends.

I mean this with all of my heart, when we win a championship, if you’re still on this planet, don’t be here. You deserve not an ounce of joy. I don’t like to fan police but holy **** man, if you’re drunk just say that but this is what truly is embarrassing . There’s a difference in being upset and negative about the game tonight but to act like the program is in a bad place is pure idiocy. Get out and stay out you absolute clown.

The roster will come into next season with a lot of football under their belts. I expect 9-10+ again and another playoff birth.

I don't think there will be as many teams with 10 plus wins again next season and maybe things settle back down to Earth.

Not surprised by the meltdowns from some. Tonight sucked. But, that was the most talented roster in America by a good margin. How they lost 2 games this year, idk tbh. Their players in skill set position was just too much. Honestly first I have seen McCoy 2 steps behind a wideout this year when he was on Smith. IMO, for Tennessee to take the next step, wide receivers and safeties have to get better. Hard for Nico to operate consistently when wideouts don’t get open. Safeties more speed and athleticism. Just always seen 2-3 steps behind

Perhaps our helmets should be brown paper bags with holes for eyes and mouth.
That goes without saying, but their color will have to be a very light brown, so that the scarlet "10-3" printed on them will be plainly visible to the disapproving gaze of the elect.

Instead of running through the T, what would you think of entering stadium self flagellating?

I wholeheartedly support the abolition of the running through the T (which justice demands be ceded to Austin), and I voice no opposition to your proposal of self-flagellation (distastefully medieval though it be), but I bridle at the suggestion that our undeserving players and coaches be allowed to enter the stadium.

Is that the standard we want for the team?

Considering we were 3-7 when CJH took over, yes double digit wins is probably above the standard we should have atm lol. Obviously at some point rubber has to meet the road and you gotta win a championship. But dudes over achieved a lot considering the mess took over , you’re insane to think otherwise.

The standard we all want is to win championships. We all know that. The hardest steps to climb the mountain are always the last few. We’re getting there, we’re close but close in college football feels like miles away. The majority will never achieve those final steps. I still believe we can under CJH.

Best fan base in the country and we get Dooley, jones, Pruitt and must now be happy that the school blesses us with 10 win coach who got completely embarrassed on prime time.

Yay!!!!
All coaches get punched in the mouth from time to time. Quick question who should we go get after firing our coach that has a .700 + win % and made it to the postseason every year he has been here?
OSU was basically playing for Ryan Days’s job

Literally Dan Lanning has gotten killed by UGA with more talent, Clemson just lost to Duke last yr, Florida and UT against Nebraska, Ohio State to Clemson, Clemson to LSU, UGA to LSU shall I continue?
