I know a guy that was very, very close to Tyndall at some point in time in his career, I won't say which college but many of the things that you say Tyndall didn't do I know for a fact happened. If you only knew the stories he told me. He told me when Tyndall was hired that he was a heck of a coach. He said he would either get us to a final 4 or on probation. Not trying to stir the pot but after hearing everything that I was told, your story is very hard to believe.

Ask him to supply the 113 page appeal. Maybe he'll listen to you. He keeps claiming he's read it all, but won't post it to allow others to read it.

You evidently have NO understanding of the law! What someone told you is second-hand and considered hearsay. Hearsay is not admissible in court and would have no bearing on this case.

I have no idea whether going to court will help Tyndall's effort to prove that he is innocent of academic fraud or not, but the above quote will have no bearing, whatsoever. Nice try!

The friend, and only he/she that you speak of, must provide proof Tyndall to be culpable of academic fraud, if it should lead to the decision Tyndall is guilty and deserving of punishment.

You must not be on the mailing list. This is actually just a discussion board and not a real court of law.

This is a message board not a court room. I am well aware of the law. I was not trying to prosecute Tyndall , provide evidence to the NCAA or to anyone else. I was stating the fact that I know everything that senior drill was saying is not true. My info was not from Tennessee so I don't know what he did/didn't do while he was here.

Then, what tangible proof do you have that shows Senior Drill does not know what he is talking about?

As I said before not getting into specifics because of who is involved. I don't want people to be able to put pieces of the puzzle together that prove where my info is coming from. When I came to know this person before Tyndall got the Tennessee job/before I knew who Tyndall was, I was told many, many stories about things that happened. Then all of a sudden he becomes our coach and gets fired and all those stories come to life right in front of me. Not trying to bash anyone just brought some information that I had to the message board. I can tell you will never agree with me and that's fine. Everyone can form their own opinion. I will never have proof to show you but this person could. Records were kept on his behalf just in case he needed them to clear his name in case anything went down. Remember...once you hit the send button it is out there. Again, people can have phones, email accounts , etc under other people's name and the person that the account is under never uses it. I will stop at that. I guess we can agree to disagree. Have a good day.

Sounds like Mama Tyndall's phone is more pertinent to this than he let on.

And if not Mama's then he had another phone with someone else's name to go with this one and his own.

This dude is feeding you guys a bunch of garbage just like the NCAA did.
Tyndall maintained the phone in his mother’s name as an emergency communication line on which his mother or family could contact him. Tyndall’s mother demanded that he be added to his mother’s family plan after she struggled to contact him during a traumatic family time several years prior....Results from a lie detector test taken by Tyndall confirm that the phone in his mother name was not intended to hide impermissible activity, nor that he failed to disclose the phone for the purpose of hiding information from the Enforcement Staff.

I have to agree. I hadn't really read the investigative report until recently. Just accepted what the media gave us.
I think taking his case to court may be a mistake which would open the legal doors the NCAA needs to get the nails for his coffin.
I hate the NCAA, but I think they've got him.
It's just the opposite! They get creamed in federal court and that is where they are going unless they totally exonerate Donnie Tyndall. Don Jackson is the best in the business.

I never said it was his mothers phone. Someone assumed that it was. Just for the record it wasn't. Here is the bottom line... You have 113 page document, I have a story from someone that was there and knows. At the end of the day Tyndall is not coaching and my story lines with with the reasons to a T why he has a 10 year show cause. If you proof was true he would still be our coach. Let people decide which story they choose to believe. 😎

I'm convinced phone records and text conversations from momma Tyndall's phone could be released with hundreds of texts about academic fraud and paying players etc...and SD would claim it was all momma Tyndall doing this and acting alone, poor Donnie had no idea what his momma was doing behind his back.

So momma is the head of Fraud Inc. and she brought in Associate Coach A and Grad Assistant A and B and set it all up 6 weeks after 'man-o-faith' Donnie was installed.
The conspiracy is getting clearer all the time.

And that's why the phone records from that number, as stated in the NCAA report, show that multiple players and coaches were contacted numerous times in one day during the investigation. Yeah, I'm sure he didn't use it for anything other than making sure she was ok.

Yet, you won't post the document and let others read it to make their own opinion. You simply expect us to believe you, despite that you were 100% wrong that Tyndall would not be punished and would still be coaching here. Until you actually present something tangible, your word is as worthless as what went down my toilet this morning.

113 pages of explanations SD. that's not really proof is it?

If you go to court, people lying to save their futures have to worry about perjury and real jail time.

How can you be so obtuse? He was right in the middle of all of it and didn't know a thing?
All this was just coincidental:

(1) instructed the DOBO to fabricate a document purportedly showing that the USM compliance office had approved, two-plus years earlier, student-athlete 3's high school coach paying student-athlete 3's educational expenses;
(2) participated in numerous phone and text conversations with individuals involved in the investigation at significant times, often using a cell phone registered in his mother's name that he did not divulge until his third interview; and
(3) deleted all emails from an account associated with another institution, even though he was aware that the emails were relevant to the investigation and would be of interest to the enforcement staff

Yeah it is stupid to believe Tyndall didnt know anything - what did those underlings have to gain by doing the things ? Tyndall got a Power 5 coaching job at their expense, what did they get out of it ? -- all they were, were his flunkies - he used them and 1 is bitter about it and the NCAA has him as evidence
