he s taking wait and see approach with us.

Consider it done then. I expect big things from Oku this year, and I doubt he will disapoint.

"it was real good. It actually turned out a lot better than what a lot of us thought it was going to be like," buie said. "i mean, you always go into things like not really knowing what to expect. When we got there and got to see it we were like, 'wow'."

for the 5-foot-9, 190-pound running back, tennessee's campus and football complex really opened his eyes to what the vols can offer him, but said he wanted to see the on-field product before he cast any definite rulings on tennessee.

"seeing all the facilities and stuff that they really have (was surprising)," buie said. "good school, nice program, i really want to see what direction they go in this year."

This kid is legit. I can see the Jones-Drew comparison, but to me he's a shorter version of Lamarcus Coker. Once he hits his cut and gets north/south, he's basically gone.

Hopefully not in every way:). I like that comparison. One thing you could always say about Lamarcus, that dude was pretty dang fast.

that quote didn't make me feel overly optimistic about his liking us.

"real good"

"a lot better that we thought"

"good school, nice program"

I think "nice program" is the worst. Thats like telling your girlfriend's fat cousin that she looks "nice" in her easter dress.

I look at this very optimistically, as should others. This is great news. Hopefully what we produce he will like. We need him.

A lot of young men want to take a wait and see approach to the offense, and you can't blame them. I think towards the end of the year a lot of RB may like us after they see Tauren and those guys behind a should be improving o-line.:crossfingers:

Ahmad is a player but most people think that baseball is his better sport. Going to be a high pick next season.

nothing much. His Top 5 is Ole Miss, Auburn, Louisville, Tennessee and South Carolina

Rightfully so. We need this type of player. I really like him and our chances as of now.
