“Well I didn’t know too much about Tennessee, but I know Coach Dooley and what he’s trying to do. He’s a very good coach and I can see myself playing for him also. I think they are a winning program and with Coach Dooley coming in they can continue things. I like how the offense is ran. We run that in high school, so I think I can come in a make a big impact as a freshman on the offensive line.”
Where Carter will be making that impact is still yet to be decided. Don’t expect a commitment from him to come anytime soon either.
“I was thinking February, but I looking to move it up to December.”
