The only way I even like taking JUCOs is if they are considered to be an EE. This kid could help.

As long as he can qualify. We seem to be having a lot of problems with JUCOs in that area. Of course, that's probably the reason many of them are there in the first place.

"Right now I have offers from Tennessee, UCF and Florida Atlantic," Spigner said.

If these are his offers what is he waiting on....im just sayin...:hi:

Or you could turn it around, and say if those are his other offers, why are we pursuing him? I do like that he is an EE, can't have too many of those.

Would be a solid get. Watched his highlights and he would be solid at CB. Add to the fact that he's experienced from JUCO and will be an EE. You can't beat it.

"I'll probably set up visits with the three schools that have offered and Miami and then see where things stand."

"Tennessee is real intriguing to me because they play in the best conference in the country and they play big time football there," Spigner said. "The other two (UCF and FAU) will get visits too and I want to see what they have to offer."

As a freshman, Spigner used his 4.31 speed and athleticism to shut down his side of the field on a regular basis and finished the season with 34 tackles and two interceptions.

"They stopped throwing my way pretty early in the season," Spigner lamented. "I didn't get a lot of chances to make plays, so when I got the chance I had to take advantage.

Spigner plans to sign with a school in December and he'll have three years to play two wherever he ends up.

- Scout article from last week.

Tennessee, UCF, and FAU are still his only 3 offers.

He broke his finger and hasn't been playing. He says he may apply for a medical redshirt if the inury keeps him out much longer.

I'd take him

No way. He's a zero star. Stars mean everything. No one can win without "stars". Don't you know anything? The experts here have spoken and it is not possible to find enough talent to win the SEC unless you own a subscription to Rivals.

I am not an expert. According to the "experts", I am a babbling idiot for pointing out that there is more than enough talent in any given class that Rivals et al miss to win championships. If that talent in fact exists, it is nonetheless impossible for a coach to know how to find it... at least according to the Volnation's self-annointed experts.

sjt18, i understand your frustration but saying this in every thread isnt accomplishing anything ...

I4Jay I respect you and appreciate what you say but when the experts stop or a moderator tells me to stop... I'll stop.

Yes, it is very frustrating to daily have good posts and info cluttered with non-stop chicken little dung. Virtually every thread is ruined by it.

Don't stop, you are bringing so much by throwing that phrase around in every thread.
