Not a coincidence that these coaches have decided Thomas and Coleman were better than Countess and others. We need a lot of speed back at the corner position. I feel like Teague and Gordon have the potential to be lock down corners for us with experience, but we need depth so we won't have to face the possibility of having an Art Evans type player having to start and play significant minutes.

Seriously what has he done this year. I was on his bandwagon too. But he's done his best work as a return man. Teague is playing well for a converted WR though.

It seems like anyone can pass on us at will this year. I would love to see a bunch of DB prospects with great speed in this class. It will be a necessity prior to this ship finally being turned around, that is for sure.

I think this has just as much to do with our DL problems as our DB problems. It's very easy to pick apart a secondary when you've got all the time in the world and a nice pocket to step up into. jmo

DANG! 4.31! That's almost chris johnson speed! That would be a great get for Dooley if he commited! he'd really help out in the secondary

I think he'd be a better pickup than King from what I have seen on their vids. I think we need immediate help and this guy COULD be it. We would have to see him against SEC level competition, but he can't be any worse in coverage than some of our guys have been YTD.

What kind of shot (or interest) do we have with this guy?

...btw, like what I see (since I'm obviuosly an expert) :)

Seeing how dt and cb are ut's weakest link going forward, I hope ut is looking at this guy. Not having lofton and the other two DBS not qualifying this year is showing badly. The man coverage against Memphis really looked bad.

Gordon is a RS freshman... on a talented team, he would be a year away but has been leaned upon this year. He is physical and will be a very good corner for this team.
