He was committed to Mizzou for over a year, he went on an OV to USC about a month ago & decommitted from Mizzou & committed to USC saying that they would get him in the NFL ect.. then today he signs his LOI to Mizzou.

I've only heard it as "wicked thing" instead of "infamous"

"Méchants" = "wicked"

...but both work when describing Kiffin & the USC crew.
