'11 MI WR DeAnthony Arnett - UT Commit

Yeah I think it is safe to say WR U is back... Rogers and Hunter on the outside with Arnett in the slot... OUCH... not even including Vincent Dallas and Matt Milton

Anyone want to take a stab at what our Rivals ranking will be after Arnett? Someone had a formula I believe last year to figure out their points system, does anyone still have that?

Guys, he committed a month or so ago.

He was blown away by the Oregon game. His mom was really impressed with the coaching staff after a summer visit. Arnett really likes Baggett, Chaney and Dooley. He said he was impressed with the way Dooley has managed this young team.

He also said had Kiffin been at Tennessee he would not be a Vol today. We hear that Kiffin spend little time with the family when he made his visit to Southern Cal last week

I want a little Ecred here, I have been saying for 2 months now that he committed to Baggett after the Oregon visit, my buddy in Knox told me and it actually turned out true!

Saginaw High ended its season last weekend with a disappointing 1-8 record, but Arnett was still able to post impressive individual numbers. Despite playing exclusively at quarterback in his team's final game of the season, he recorded 42 receptions for 782 yards and eight touchdowns on the year. He also notched three return touchdowns, three passing touchdowns and two rushing touchdowns.

The 18-year-old receiver picked Tennessee because of receivers coach Charlie Baggett, who played and coached at Michigan State University.

"He recruited my family instead of just me ... that was important," Arnett said. "He coached so many great receivers, including my favorite, Randy Moss. He's coached Cris Carter ... he had all those receivers at Michigan State."
