Why are you citing total yards? Its all about SCORING. Who cares how many yards you get if you're not getting points?

We had the 3rd best scoring offense in the SEC. So our offense was incredibly good.

Our special teams was so good we typically had short fields.

Scoring offense >>> Total yards per game

Kelly is terrible.

Without the gimmicky tempo offense that hopes to catch the defense sleeping, he's irrelevant.

Sure. But last years draft was weak.

This years draft is incredibly strong.

Either way Cook looks 10x better this year. Those 15 extra pounds have him looking yoked and more explosive.

I've never been impressed with his game.

Gimmick QB imo. Once that tempo page is slowed and they start playing real football, he becomes ordinary.

Jimbo and Lane Kiffbag might be the best two QB coaches/offensive cord in the college game. Amazing the in game changes

Or he gained 4 lbs. Cook was a top 5 RB in the country last year, at minimum, he didn't need to do anything more this year to prove himself.

Our special teams were so good we scored multiple TD's on ST. Those points don't count towards offense so the scoring numbers are adjusted.

Though I loathe them morally and as a Gator, got to hand it to FSU as a program. They sure looked solid last night. The team speed is off the charts.

I remember all the praise heaped on how great of a coach Freeze was the past 2 years. Even last year after the Memphis game.
He (along with a few other coaches) was used as an example of how coaches with big leads don't lose. The bashing of our staff was high and the praise of Freeze was even higher.
So according to the standards some of you set, Freeze should be fired.

Now make your whiny defense of him so I can laugh at y'all some more.

The NCAA will probably fire him in the offseason. ABC during the game said the NCAA was increasing the scope of their investigation of the Ole Miss football program.

Butch and his staff should begin talking to Ole Miss commitments as the season goes on. With trouble on the horizon maybe he could get a few Ole Miss signees.
