At least it's only one shot. He has changed a lot in the tournament. He was costing them games earlier in the year by taking 10 of those a game. He's just done his job distributing the ball for the most part in the tournament. Jmo.

I still think he'll have some of the greatest basketball stories ever when his career ends. So many close wins in the tournament. Already played in a national championship at Butler of all places. Might play in a second one. Dude has amazing tales.

I think it's safe to say Stevens is gone. He might coach Butler one more year until the right school comes calling but that's it. Unbelievable. Gordon Hayward who? Mack took over like he was never there. Matt Howard = Dennis Rodman or Charles Barkley lite of the college basketball world. He can't rebound like Rodman or score like Barkley, but he's undersized, plays good d and hits important shots/free throws. :)

Great first game. Great run by VCU, and grats to Butler. They're no fluke.

And they're the BEST team in the state of Indiana.
