Oh st. Does not deserve that spot. Auburn and Bubba would mop the floor. I could care less about SEC teams winning NC but those two teams are better.

Same reason your ill prepared team lost to Auburn... the difference LSU doesn't need do-overs and mulligans. Alabama is not even the best team in Alabama let alone the SEC, let alone the country. Not really. You won't find a single post from me that complains or in any way indicates that Auburn didn't deserve to win.

See, the difference between you and me is I don't blame schedules, or mulligans, or refs, or recruiting tactics. If Bama loses, then Bama simply didn't do what it took to win. Period.

I stand corrected... second to last... Vanderbilt moved to 52nd.

And here is a note, if any of the top 5 teams had Tennesse's schedule they would have lost 1 to 2 more games.

Allow me to give you a lesson in writing a paragraph.

The question you asked was "It kills you doesn't it?" Which was in reference to your statement that Auburn was better. My answer of "not really," means "No, it does not kill me that Auburn in the better team." If you wanted me to write that out, your question should have been "Do you think Auburn is the better team?" As it is, I answered the question you asked.

You still never answered my question: why was your team so ill-prepared to play an opponent that didn't deserve to be in the game?

Yes I did, you didn't like the answer. We lost for the same reason Alabama lost to Auburn... bad coaching, and bad execution.

Apparently you do need a mulligan. If you had one, you might have won the national championship in 2011. Just because you didn't get one doesn't mean you didn't need it.

Bama would pretty much need both the #1 AND #2 teams to lose next week.

Missouri's BCS rankings average is so close to Alabama's that beating Auburn in the SEC Championship would more than likely cause the Tigers to jump the Tide (who wouldn't be playing a game)

If Alabama lines up with Auburn 9 more times this year, they'd win all nine. The only person that had a good day against Saban these past two years is hurt, lost to you and to 3 of the top 5 teams in the country. Alabama is still the best team in the state.

A kicker had a bad night and a freshman was asked to perform a miracle late.

Scream "scoreboard" all you want but Alabama is not the little sister you want them to be.
