there was an article not too long ago that said that Allan Carson was trying to get him to go to UT so they could play together. he said that Allan had been in his ear alot lately

Wants to play with teammate Kwon Alexander in college. Plays many positions for his high school, but projects as a S for college. Holds 25 offers from elite schools across the country, but says everybody is dead even. Is very interested in UT though.

"They stand pretty high with me," Elston said. "I want to get down there and talk with the coaches. I want to get to know them better. They are impressive. I can't wait to get up there and check things out. They have been on us a lot. Allan's parents are always telling us that we need to get up there and they want us to come to the junior day and I think we are going to try and make it."

"I really like coach Joseph and coach Thompson," Elston said. "Coach Joseph is always motivating me with quotes. He always has these quotes that he uses to get me motivated. Coach Thompson is a funny guy. He's just laid back and he can always make me laugh with his jokes. I like both of them."

Sounds like we are definitely in the competition for his services early. Likes our coaches and is good friends with Carson. Great news.

If he really wants to play with Kwon, then it's going to be very difficult to pull him. On the other hand, those are very encouraging words to hear.

I take back everything I ever said about Carson if he can help us land even one of the big three.

Clemson leads thus far. If he blows up next year he will stay in state, because Kwon aint leaving the state

IMO him and Kwon will probably both end up at Auburn. Alot of UA peeple seem to think Kwon is UA bound but our depth might hurt us there with him. If they play together in college my money would be on Auburn but UF is another team to watch out for. Kwon was seriously looking at Texas because of CWM and I have heard UF is now looking at trying to get both.

I would disagree. They may give Auburn, Florida, and even UT serious looks but they will end up at Bama.

I would really like to land him and Kwon.. doubt they get outa the state of alabama but a guy can dream right..
