iirc UT has had 5 so far, why all the transfers?

I almost feel sympathy for you. After what the Vols have been through, I'm not sure I would wish it on another fanbase. But then I think, yeah, Bama and UF, two teams I could definately wish it upon. Better buy some preparation H because it looks like a lot of butthurt is in your future.

Not saying UF is headed down the same path we did, but it's definitely looking like you guys are on the downswing.

Also, here are two excellent examples to answer your question:

Trying to get good players in to stop this 9 straight streak you got going on. :)

And this:

Have you seen the size of the class we are signing this year? What's your excuse?

UF appears headed down the same path that UT has been down the last few. Everyone sees it. I know you don't want to admit that so you just keep firing shots at us. That's alright. It sucks. We know how you feel.

CBJ is obviously trying to get the roster turned over ASAP...is UF encouraging all these guys to leave? I hadn't seen that if they are........

Thanks...just stayed away from the site for the most part during the Dooley years. Hurt too much. Finally have something to be excited about again though!!! Now can't stay off here :)

We're cleaning house? What is Floridas excuse?

so Uf isnt clearing dead weight? lol Fla only had 14 Sr's heading into cycle and only 4-5 jr who could jump early so transfers were going to happen. CWM has avg 7 per cycle if you count the 12 from the time he was hired and end of spring year 1. Got make from for Adams, Carter, Tabor and Jackson.

who's everyone?
recruits? UF hasnt lost one commit but gained 2 since season ended. Trust me when I say that Im not sold on WM but the UF is headed downward is a little early. Guy is coming of 11 wins...was that season a fluke or was 4 wins? Maybe we were due after 33 yrs...

Would be great to see the Gators down for several years in a row. The problem is the talent in their own back yard keeps it from happening for too long. Color me envious.

Even with all that local talent they still need good coaching, especially with FSU and Miami doing well. Hopefully they make another bad hire after they fire Muschamp next year.

Muschamp is definitely one and done. Roper is Dooley's Sunseri and Fulmers Clawson.

I don't think Roper will be that bad but I do think Muschamp needed a better hire to save him. I think he's just slightly better than Dooley.

Let's remember this post when Ermon Lane jumps ship or Dalvin Cook decides FSU is the better fit :eek:lol:

With our luck though Florida will win the East and somehow end up in the National Championship, reverse psychology.....

Come on HialeahGator, admit it you are greatly concerned right now! Here is why:
1. 4-8 last year with no offense.
2. Players jumping ship. You can say it was dead weight, and to some degree you are correct, but a QB that started for you last year, you have to be worried. Rumors are more to come.
3. You are losing the recruiting battle to FSU and the U! This is a big change in years past.
4. You could not get a "big name" OC! Nobody wants to come to a program on the decline. This tells me what the coaches think.
5. The defense started to fold towards the end of last season. Team morale sucks!
6. Last but not least, you are concerned that CBJ now has the momentum back and the mojo will soon follow for the Vols!

The Florida arrogance, piss bombs, and overall thug mentality will not be forgotten by other SEC fans. You will be kicked on your way and when you hit bottom I hope the Tator program stays there for years to come! If karma has anything to do with it your team is certainly "due!"

Sit back and relax as "we rise to the top!"

first: UF has a Top Ten class with less than 20 commits. Not sure what battles UF are losing. UF landed commits from top instate OL, DL,DB,RB and Wr even with their soft commit. thats the great thing about fla kids will stay home 95% of time and no matter how bad the B3 are each school gets players.

Secondly, players transfer. You point out Murphy but come on he only played bc JD got hurt and our other qbs shouldnt be on ship at many D2 programs. Kid wanted out bc JD and Grier are 1-2 heading into spring. Lastly, not sure how many people turned WM down but Anderson took a HC job and Helton got close to 1mil to stay at Sc. If Roper tanks then UF starts over and if he puts up a top 50 O or better then 9+ wins.

Wasn't Roper the Landlord on Three's Company back in the day? Yeah, I would say that is a real good hire.

Go VOLS!!!
Rangers Lead The Way!!

Sounds like our fans' "logical" thoughts from Fulmer 2006ish through the Dooley years.
