'12 JUCO DE Denico Autry (MSU signee)

You guys got it all wrong, this dude never had any interest in Bama. Clearly he has dreamed of being an Aggie and they are clearly the team to beat. Sheesh.....

Who does Autry remind people of? Will he be an "elite" type end or another wait and see like Couch has been?

Not sure what you been watching, but Couch hasn't been a "Wait and see." He dominated the LOS Saturday. The thing with Couch was, he wasn't an EE. Autry is.

This is it. All the JUCO's we are recruiting are EE's Thats why they are even bigger recruits. HUGE

I haven't seen much film on him, but he's listed at 6'6", 245. I know he has some speed and is good at pass rushing. Based on this, I hope he ends up a better Mingo (DE for LSU). Mingo is similar in size, but Mingo is a freak athletically; he runs like a 4.5 at a similar size.

Couch was great last game.. He has definitely been coming along. He wasn't elite from the get-go.

Awesome, thanks.

I was thinking Michael Johnson, a DE from Georgia Tech.. Now in the NFL on the Bengals.

Clowney...watched Autry in person this year and they play the same. Not saying he will be as good.

Awesome... thanks.

I really hope the Vols can start getting some pressure on the QB. I think the first issue was stopping the run in years past, but that has been solidified with some solid DT play this year and LB play (for the most part, not every game).

I'm excited to see some game-changing DE's get back in orange. I do think J. Smith makes a big leap next year.

Does anyone think Corey Miller goes back to DE?

I would like only have him in at DE on run downs and then kick him inside on passing downs, but we are thin at end so I could totally see him becoming a pure DE for depth purposes

The reason I asked... Malik was at DE a couple times last week against SC and looked incredible. I just hope that Corey Miller isn't buried in the depth chart at DT now when he could be flourishing at DE. I really don't know, but it's my best guess.

He's going to have to or he's going to lose his starting spot.

Marlon Walls has actually played better than him this year.

I do think there is a decent chance Miller goes back to his more natural position next year especially if they add Sentimore to Jacobs and O'Brien.

Very true. I've seen Walls on the other side of the line of scrimmage much more than Smith.

I really don't like the fact we had to move Miller to DT as a freshman. I worry that he's been wasted.

He's still got two more years man! Don't give up on him.

I really hope he pulls the trigger soon. A big commitment could really lighten the mood around here.
