So...why does anyone pay attention to him? There is literally a 50/50 shot on every single recruit. It's easy to make up some fluff, just look at TheDooley.

If skeeter is a troll then he has to have the longest run of any troll, ever. He's been around for a good while.

I am not calling out OCI. But, he seems to be online alot for someone who would be close to the coaches. Skeeter is not online near as much. But, why trash him? I used to look up his stuff. Not anymore. No big deal. I am sure he could care more.

My concern about what Autry said is that he is trying get Jacobs to go with him to MSU. We need Jacobs to go along with Sentimore and the other DL recruits. I guess we get the last laugh when Mullen accepts the Penn State job or some other plum position.

The one thing OCI does that he shouldn't--and he's admitted it--is guarantee commits.

Recruiting is never a guarantee.

Not surprised if they ignored it. It's more entertaining to blame everything on a conspiracy.

It makes sense in my mind.. Maybe my wording confused you. Autry thought his silent commitment to UT was between himself and Tennessee's coaches. UT's coaches let the word out that he was headed to Tennessee, Autry didn't like it, so he publicly commited to MSU.

Yep, and he's admitted as much.

The one thing I always have a problem with on the recruiting forum is when people call players locks. Until they sign on that dotted line, they aren't locks. You learn that after following recruiting for the first year. This is just another of the countless examples of that.

Fine. You OCI asskissers can continue worshiping him. It's obvious that he is a recruiting information god. Everything he says is unquestionable and beyond reproach. I'm sure that all the other issues with him are a big coincidence and I'm wrong. I just can't wait to hear how the royal rumble goes later.

OCI and Skeeter are the only ones who bring actual insider info and not pay site info. Why we have such a large group that is jealous of that I'm not quite sure? Can you not stand it for someone else to get attention? If you think he's not an insider than why all the commotion, just ignore him? Me thinkest thou protesteth too loudly? There is definitely some envy that occureth.

I don't think it's a conspiracy....the kid just lied.

But he's going to make a major life decision like this based on one bit of info slipping out, because someone may have found something out inadvertantly? No one is taking that seriously. That makes no sense. He has serious problems if he's making a gigantic decision like this because of rumors on a messageboard.

Go to any other team's messageboard. There is a ton of stuff just like this. Probably even on a sad sack MSU board.

What difference does it make whether he's right or wrong? It's like people who are mad took his word as the gospel truth and ran with it, only to get their feelings hurt if he ended up wrong.

People...it's recruiting. It's how the game is played. Don't get too invested in anything until they sign their LOI.

True statement. Plus, Skeeter has been right many times over a long period of time. He made some calls about recruits that weren't even on the radar a couple times.
